The Game

You're stuck in an office, under fire from a sniper and told you can only survive by giving into their demands. Time to turn the tables on them. This is Frayed Freedom, a 2D point & click adventure thriller where you will need to outsmart your opponents through discovery, pro-active choices and social engineering.

At the heart of the game is the player experiencing profound agency; they choose what to pursue, what to say and when it's the right moment to say it. It is their tenacity and acumen that will set them free.

As such conversation twists, story-moments and morality are all in the hands of the player. Watching a stream won't spoil everything the game has to offer and it's unlikely anyone will have the same playthrough or reach the same conclusion.

Set in a fantastical world just after the fall of an oppressive regime, the story revolves around dilemmas past and present, asking: just how far are you willing to go to save yourself?
